Fear The Walking Dead, The End Is The Beginning: Things To Note
By Liam O'Leary
7) The title sequence for this episode appears to be the silhouette of Emile and his dog, Rufus, though, as we learn later, it could be Morgan.
8) When we first see Morgan, he’s sleeping inside an abandoned limo, which is sitting perpendicular in the middle of a road, with no clear damage (Meaning it didn’t suffer a crash). What’s its story? Did the original owner and driver get attacked trying to flee a nearby city when the outbreak hit?
9) Isaac is the third military medic we’ve met in The Walking Dead universe, behind Bob Stookey and Dante in The Walking Dead.
10) Isaac tells Morgan that his bullet wound is gangrenous, which, apparently, is why the walkers ignore him, which seems to surprise Isaac. How long, exactly, can a person wander around with a gangrenous wound before it kills them (Because, Morgan thinks it’s been upwards of six weeks since he was shot)?
11) Isaac calls the dead “rotters”. This is the 25th (Approximately) distinct name for walkers in Fear The Walking Dead, the first this season, and is the same name as the people at Grady Memorial Hospital used in season five of The Walking Dead.
12) Isaac recognizes Morgan from his video tapes, seen in last season’s episode, “Channel 4”.
