The big season finale of World Beyond arrived and it set up some great storylines for the show to unveil in its second and final season. Many of the survivors got separated with Huck taking Hope to CRM, Silas being captured, Percy and Elton in the woods, and Iris and Felix left to start a revolution.
All this division means there will be plenty to discover in the final 10 episodes, but that doesn’t mean that there wasn’t enough drama in the season 1 finale to keep fans on the edge of their seat to figure out what is happening.
Here are the named characters who died:
Once again, all the named humans escaped this episode with their lives. Interestingly enough, there wasn’t a lot of death throughout this entire season with the only exception being the elimination of the Campus Colony back in the first episode.
There wasn’t a big jaw-dropping death for fans, but the episode did offer some hope for a bright future as well as plenty of reasons the future might not end out as great as it could be for the survivors.
Other notable deaths
Once again, animals get the short end of the stick in The Walking Dead universe. This time, it was a rabbit that couldn’t get away fast enough to survive. Although it was used for some nourishment, it is always sad to see a dead animal.
