11. Shot in the eye…and you’re to blame

If you need a scene full of drama, tension, and excitement, there aren’t many that ramp up the intensity more than season 6 episode 9 when a massive horde of walkers occupied Alexandria and the survivors were struggling to deal with everything going on.

Rick and Jessie’s families attempted to escape together but not all of them had nerves of steel. Sam was unable to contain himself, forcing Jessie to attempt to save him as both got devoured while she still held Carl’s arm.

Rick used his hatchet to chop Jessie’s hand off and free Carl. That set off Ron, who blamed Rick for the death of his family and already had a hatred for Carl. Ron picked up the dropped pistol and aimed it at Rick.

Before he could shoot Rick, Michonne stabbed Ron through the chest. However,  he still fired the gun and caught Carl right in the face, Blood rolled down Carl’s face and his body collapsed to the ground, making fans believe Carl could be dying.
