When The Walking Dead began, it was even worse than we first may have thought.

Welcome back to the newest installment of Connecting The Walking Dead, where I look back at each new episode of The Walking Dead: World Beyond, and find the connections between it and its sister series, The Walking Dead and Fear The Walking Dead.

And, let me say, this week’s episode has made my job very easy. This is the kind of episode I like.

Most of this week’s connections come to us courtesy of Huck (Who, we learned, is named Jennifer Mallick), who spent much of the episode having flashbacks to her life just before and during the outbreak, revealing just how awful things became as it began to unfold, confirming a sad truth first seen in Fear The Walking Dead.

There was, however, another small detail that might have gone overlooked when Tony and Percy showed their map of Civic Republic Military supply depots, revealing just how close they are to everything going on in The Walking Dead.

So, rather than waiting, let’s get started.
