2. A Christmas Horror Story (2015)
Christmas movies can be a lot of fun and they are even more fun when you can get Star Trek legend William Shatner to play a character called Dangerous Dan. That’s already enough to encourage many people to check out A Christmas Horror Story.
This movie tells several stories at the same time, all being presented by a radio host doing a broadcast on Christmas Eve. One of those stories involves zombie elves attacking Santa at the North Pole.
Santa is played by George Buza, known for voicing Beast in X-Men: The Animated Series and Grandpa Granger in Beyblade. Watching him battle against the bloodthirsty elves is a fun part of this movie and one that gives the holiday a much different perspective.
In all, the stories are well told, and having Shatner present all these stories as the radio host makes it a little easier to swallow. There are some great twists and turns during this film that will leave you happy that you decided to check it out.
