The Camp 2021 charity event to feature Walking Dead cast members

The Camp is a bi-annual charity and celebrity meet and greet event held in Georgia’s Senoia and Peachtree City area. This May will mark the fourth year the event has taken place, and over the years, it has raised more than $20,000 for local charities. Throughout the years, the event has hosted many Walking Dead cast members as well as members of Stranger Things and Outer Banks cast.

This year the event will be held in The Hilton – Peachtree City Hotel and Conference Center that has been recently renovated. The event will be held inside the conference center as well as outside on the beautifully scenic property.

There will be many amazing activities in addition to the meet and greets. There will be an exclusive VIP pool party and a fun Trivia night.  There will be panels, entertainment and more!

The Camp announced its first guest in December. Cooper Andrews, who plays fan favorite, Jerry on the series, will be in attendance this May.

Tickets for the event are on sale now, and there are different levels to choose from.

  • General Admission – $30
  • VIP – $165, which includes select meals, open bar times, early entry, priority line access, autograph and selfie.
  • Inclusive VIP – $495, which includes hotel stay, select meals, open bar times, early entry, front row seating, an autograph and selfie.

Over the years, The Camp has had over 40 celebrity guests. This event is a casual and laid back event. Fans can talk to their favorite celebrity guests and not feel rushed through a line. There have been many fun breakout moments, like the time IronE Singleton and his wife treated fans to a fabulous time of dancing on stage for all to witness.

Many artists and vendors sell their zombie, pop culture and TWD themed art and products. You can pick up some amazing memorabilia during your time at The Camp.

Many fans, this writer included, have called this event a family reunion of sorts. Members of TWD Family greet one another, not as friends, but as family. It is a time to catch up on life with each other while celebrating The Walking Dead series and the family it has created.
