We have had a lot of news regarding The Walking Dead and now Fear The Walking Dead has officially announced its return date. On April 11, fans of FearTWD will be able to view the mid-season finale they missed out on in October when the first half of season six aired.

As with a lot of recent filming, production delays prevented the mid-season finale to air on its expected date with the other episodes at the beginning of season six. The finale will be followed by the remaining episodes of season 6b.

The Walking Dead Universe has encountered many delays and it is exciting to feel some normalcy in the fandom.

Season six of FearTWD has seen a resurgence in the series. Fans have been overjoyed at what they have seen so far in the latest season. So much so that it has also encouraged many viewers who stopped viewing in seasons past to return to watch.

When will we see a seventh season of Fear The Walking Dead?

The Walking Dead posted a promo video with a rundown of dates for each of its three series. In this video, FearTWD season seven is set to release later in 2021.

Below is the social media announcement for the return of FearTWD in April.

If everything in the original promo video comes to fruition, we are in for a HUGE year for TWDU.

February 28, the first of the six bonus episodes for season ten of The Walking Dead, will air. One week after the final bonus episode airs, we will get the mid-season finale of FearTWD, followed by the remaining ten episodes of its sixth season. TWD World Beyond, which is a limited series that is scheduled for two seasons, will air its second and final season with a total of ten episodes. In addition to all that, season 11 of TWD and season 7 of FearTWD will have at least some episodes by the end of 2021.

Whew! This is exciting to think about.
