Fans of The Walking Dead Universe have so much to look forward to this year. To start things off, The Walking Dead will premiere on AMC on February 28. Deadline has reported that for those who have AMC+, the episode will be available to stream on February 21. To make things even more awesome for AMC+ subscribers, the remaining 5 episodes will also be available on Thursday ahead of the AMC release.

“Home Sweet Home” is the first episode, and it will pick up where we left off in the fall of 2020. The Hilltop is gone, Maggie and little Hershel have made their return to the communities, with the masked newcomer Elijah and the Whisperers have been defeated.

Past events have divided many people of the communities, and time will tell if things can be mended. Our group is beaten and bruised, but there are always new dangers lurking, which may require them to pick things up and defend again.

A new promo clip has been released with new quotes and great art; you can view it below.

What can we expect from season 10c of The Walking Dead?

Many storylines will be explored during the six bonus episodes.

Starting, we will take a look at Maggie in “Home Sweet Home.”  Maggie has returned with her son Hershel and Elijah, the masked companion that has been teased for a few episodes. The hope is that we hear what she has been up to and what has kept her from rejoining the communities until now.

Then there is also Negan. How will Maggie react to Negan being a different man than the one she knows?

There are two Carol and Daryl episodes, “Find Me” and “Diverged.” In the first episode, the two embark on an adventure that goes sideways.  In “Diverged,” they end up going their separate ways. We have known there is tension between these two, who have been dear to one another for many years. This sometimes happens between friends, but it looked like things were beginning to turn around for them.

In “One More,” Gabriel and Aaron are on a supply run that looks to have gone wrong. They meet with a newcomer, Mays, and he doesn’t look to be too friendly. Walkers also surround them in one clip, so it looks like they are in big trouble.

When we last saw Eugene, Ezekiel, Yumiko and Princess, they were surrounded and captured by soldiers. In the episode “Splinter,” we will see what has happened to the group. Are their captors from the Commonwealth? Do they mean them harm?

And, the last of the six bonus episodes is “Here’s Negan.” This episode will give us a back story on Negan, and we will finally meet his wife, Lucille. We will get to see the events that lead up to Negan becoming the villain who ruled the Sanctuary.

A lot is going on in season 10c, and fans are anxious to see what will transpire.
