“Here’s Negan” will be the final episode of season 10c of The Walking Dead, and fans can’t wait for this episode to air. Jeffrey Dean Morgan brings life to the comic book character Negan in this series. He has done an amazing job being the villain that fans of the series were waiting for and dreading simultaneously.

He formed his group of saviors early on after the outbreak, and they resided at the Sanctuary and were feared by all who came in contact with them.

Fast forward to season 10, and Negan has been jailed for many years and reduced to Alexandria’s community gardener. Rick Grimes could have let him die when he slashed Negan’s throat in season eight. Rick let him live, knowing this would honor the memory of his son Carl who would have wanted him to spare Negan’s life.

Negan is let out of his cell by an unknown person and proceeds to infiltrate Alpha and her Whisperers. He eventually kills Alpha to try and redeem himself from his past actions.  Now, Maggie has returned, and all she knows of this man is that he brutally killed her husband, Glenn.

What will happen in The Walking Dead episode “Here’s Negan”?

From the trailer above, we see a lot of action and hear many Negan reciting a monologue about what is to come. This video is titled a “Here’s Negan” trailer, but we see clips from the other six episodes.

“Here’s Negan” will be a look back at how he became the man we know in the series, an origin story if you will. We know his beloved wife Lucille, played by his real-life wife Hilarie Burton Morgan, dies of cancer sometime at the beginning of the outbreak. We will look at their life before her death and get some answers to what made him turn into such a vile villain.

We see clips of a younger Negan talking to someone and pointing his bat, Lucille, right at them. Are these some of his first victims that we will get to see?

I think this episode is going to be one of the best of six bonus episodes. It has been said that JDM’s performance in this episode is amazing.
