The Walking Dead is back! And, with it comes a brand-new Survival Rule Of The Week!

Right off the bat, one of the first things I noticed in this week’s episode was how it seemed like Maggie had been trying to run from her problems, and the more she did…the more they seemed to follow her.

For example, the Reapers. She left Virginia to get Negan out of her head, but she wound up finding herself in the sights of a group of people even worse than him. Then, after the Reapers wrecked her new group’s village, they headed for Alexandria to get away from them…only for the Reapers to follow them there!

As Maggie learned in this week’s Walking Dead, the more you try to run from problems in a zombie apocalypse, the more they CHASE YOU.

So, in this week’s The Walking Dead, Survival Rule Of The Week, I thought I’d take some time to discuss how people may try to avoid their problems in the zombie apocalypse, why they might try,  the consequences of doing so, and just why it’s a bad idea in general. Hopefully, after we’re done, you’ll see why it’s better to face the music whenever possible and avoid letting problems snowball.
