The Walking Dead: New photos and teaser for episode 1018, Find Me
By Renee Hansen
Daryl Dixon and Carol Peletier will be the focus of the second episode of the extended tenth season of The Walking Dead. “Find Me” is an episode that will focus on Daryl’s time away while searching for Rick. This period of time would have been during the time jump that we don’t know much about.
Rick Grimes was assumed dead in season nine when he blew up a bridge to save the communities. Viewers knew that he was rescued by Jadis/Anne and the mysterious helicopter.
During the scene when the bridge blew, Michonne’s reaction was only second to the hurt and pain that was on Daryl’s face. Rick and Daryl are two characters who went from hating one another in season one to becoming the best of friends, brothers even.
The extended season ten consists of six character-centric episodes that were filmed during a pandemic. This required a lot of flexibility from the cast and crew. The series even transitioned from film to digital filming for these episodes. It was easier to do when social distancing is a requirement during these times we find ourselves in. Below is a teaser for “Find Me.”
The Walking Dead releases new promo photos for “Find Me”
If you have been keeping up on the news on TWD, you will know that in the episode “Find Me,” Leah (Lynn Collins) will be joining TWDFamily in this episode. It seems that she is someone from Daryl’s past who may also have a connection with Dog.
We do see Leah in a cabin with a rifle pointed at Daryl in some of the photo promos. Could this be their first meeting? We also get some cool Dog photos, which everyone is excited about.

It will be interesting to see Daryl and how he spent his time while he was away from people he has been with for years. In season two’s episode “Chupacabra,” we saw Daryl go off in search of Sophia. He ended up getting hurt, hallucinating about his brother, who he thought was dead, made a necklace out of walker’s ears, and came back looking such a fright that Andrea mistook him for a walker and shot him! Hopefully, this time things turn out better for him.
