WATCH: Exclusive ‘Get Ready’ teaser for Fear the Walking Dead season 6B
The countdown to Fear the Walking Dead 6B is on and now that March is here there are just a few more weeks until Fear TWD returns on April 11 for the second half of what has been an explosive season.
In this exclusive teaser, tension is at a boiling point as we see brief glimpses of our heroes, including Daniel, Dwight, Morgan, Alicia and Althea. It looks like John is in there, too, but we mostly see legs kicking at a walker. We also see a masked Sherry, a defiant Virginia, a terrified Dakota
It’s clear that all is not well and things are about to get even worse.

“Start getting the dam wall ready,” Morgan says. “We may end up bringing this fight to our own doorstep.”
The fight is heating up as Virginia slowly loses control of everything she’s built while the mysterious group with the spray-painted messages continue to be a threat.
There are a lot of familiar faces in the teaser, but there are many characters who are conspicuously absent including Luciana, Grace, Charlie, Sarah and Wendell. They’ve been spotted in other teasers and trailers already, so it’s not cause for concern at this early juncture, but it’s always worth noting.

Fear TWD fans know that the past few seasons have been relatively short on major character deaths. With the stakes in season 6 higher than ever, fans should expect to see at least one major character die, perhaps more.
The second half of season 6 will begin with episode 608, which should have been the mid-season finale but was delayed because of the pandemic. That means the first two episodes of 6B will be a mid-season finale and a mid-season premiere airing back to back, which has never happened before. (It’s a blessing if there’s a cliffhanger in 608, as fans will only have to wait a week to see what happens)
And not only has Fear TWD been renewed for season 7, AMC also announced that season 7 will premiere later this year, which means lots of Fear the Walking Dead goodness yet to come.
