The Walking Dead alum Jeremy Palko gets creative with his artwork
By Renee Hansen
The Walking Dead has given us many characters whose time on the series was limited. Jeremy Palko played Andy, who had some great scenes during his time on the series. He got to pound on Abraham, get his arm broken by Daryl, and watched Rick try to find a severed walker head that would pass for Gregory. Sadly, his character was killed off, but Palko remains a fan favorite with TWDFamily.
Palko portrayed Andy, a member of Hilltop who we met during “Knots Untie.” This is the episode when Jesus brings Rick and his crew to Hilltop to discuss the Saviors and how to deal with them. You remember the scene. The one where Rick kills Ethan, and he is splattered with blood, looks up at everyone present and says, “What?”
Andy was also present when Rick tried to find a head to resemble Gregory’s to give to the Saviors as proof that Gregory was dead. During this scene, Andy tells Rick, “The Saviors, they’re scary, but those pricks got nothin’ on you.”
What has Jeremy Palko been up to since leaving The Walking Dead?
Palko’s character was killed off The Walking Dead in season eight. What has he been up since?
He had parts in Pitch Perfect 3, The Passage, Unbreakable: Live to Tell, and MacGyver. He also has a recurring role as Deputy Billy Poke in Tyler Perry’s Ruthless. Next, he is set to star in an upcoming film titled Devil in Hand.
