Fans of The Walking Dead Universe, there is some exciting news from AMC Networks, Skybound Entertainment, and Image Comic. A new book is set to release called The Art of AMC’s The Walking Dead Universe, containing never-before-seen production art from all three of the fandom’s series.

The 240-page book is AMC’s first foray into publishing and will feature concept art, original sketches, storyboards, illustrations and more. This book will be a collector’s item that every fan of TWDU will need to add to their collections. Fans of the fandom love to collect any type of items with Walking Dead themes, but this will be a unique addition. To have a collection of photos, art, and fun commentary from the creators and crew members from all three of the series is any collector’s dream.

The wrap-around cover art was created by talented artist Brian Rood and features cast members from all three series in the franchise.

How can you get your copy of The Art of AMC’s The Walking Dead Universe?

The book is set to release on September 29 and will be available digitally and in a print version. It will be sold through Books Market and Comic Markets as well as two special variant editions. One will be sold at skybound.com and the other at TWDUshop.com. This book will give a great inside look into what goes on behind the scenes ahead of filming.

In a press release, the Walking Dead creator, Robert Kirkman, stated that the TWD community is a dedicated fan. This book is a token of gratitude filled with art, design and information across all three series.
