The day has come. The doomsday cult has been working toward this for quite some time now, and the plans to launch the nuclear weapon seem to be unavoidable. But there is still hope the group can either find safety or stop it all from happening.

Survivors are scattered across the area, but the threat of the explosion and radiation reach extremely wide. Getting to safety and making sure the ones they care about are safe should be the top priority.

Here are the named characters who died:

Rachel (Brigitte Kali Canales) – The opening to this episode showing Rachel fight with a broken leg to get baby Morgan to safety was hard to watch. She did everything she could to protect her child and give her the best chance of survival; although she stabbed herself in the abdomen and turned, she was able to devise a plan to get baby Morgan to a human being and to safety.

Rollie (Cory Hart) – Rollie worked with pretty much everyone in the zombie apocalypse. He was with Logan’s group, hopped in with the Outcasts, and eventually snuck into the doomsday cult to spy on their activity. He was shot in the head by Daniel once his true identity was revealed.

Theodore “Teddy” Maddox (John Glover) – The leader of the doomsday cult and an escaped prisoner, Teddy used his charm and charisma to get an underground group of survivors to do his bidding as he set off on his plan to restart humanity. His plans succeeded, but he didn’t survive long enough to see it all unfold since Dakota shot him in the head.

Dakota (Zoe Colletti) – Dakota sure piled up the kill count at a young age on this show. The daughter of Virginia may not have taken out many people, but eliminating bigger characters like John Dorie and Teddy along with Ben, Cameron, and others showed she just couldn’t survive in the new world. She was evaporated as part of the nuclear explosion.

Other notable deaths

Walkers, cult members, other humans, plants, animals, and pretty much every other living organism within the blast radius of that nuclear weapon are likely dead. Fans won’t know for sure who actually survived unless they were shown during the episode’s conclusion. This should make season 7 even more interesting when it returns to AMC.
