3) How Will People Defend Themselves Against Zombies In Boston?

Boston (And Massachusetts as a whole) has some of the strictest gun laws in the entire United States of America. The intent is to ensure that the people who have guns aren’t mentally unstable or known criminals. Because of this, the number of legal gun owners isn’t that large. Okay, fine.

But, you have to realize that, in a zombie apocalypse, this will become a huge problem. How the hell are people supposed to defend themselves in the city of Boston once dead people start roaming around trying to eat them?!

Obviously, people can use whatever they get their hands on to fight them, but doing so requires getting close to the zombies, which, as you might suspect, is extremely dangerous. It’s far safer to be able to kill a zombie from as far away as possible. Yes, there will be at least a few people with the means to do that (Probably off-duty or retired cops, maybe the odd security guard). Still, the overwhelming majority of Bostonians will be forced to have to go mano-a-mano with corpses that will prove incredibly difficult to kill and will try to turn those unfortunate Bostonians into more zombies the moment they come within arm’s reach of them!

My point here is this: How is the city of Boston supposed to survive the zombie apocalypse when the vast majority of its population doesn’t really have the means to defend themselves against the dead?
