Norman Reedus invites fans to Fandemic Dead event

The Fandemic Dead event will take place at Georgia World Congress Center Building A in Atlanta on September 17,18 and 19. This event will feature many Walking Dead cast members with autographs, photo ops and panels. Norman Reedus will be in attendance, and recently Fandemic shared a message from Reedus on their social media pages. (you can view it below)

During the period of lockdowns, Fandemic Dead hosted many virtual events giving fans something fun to do. This was a great opportunity for fans to continue their con attendance even though it wasn’t in person.

This event is produced by John Macaluso, former CEO of Wizard World and he told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution he hopes to bring in 15,000-20,000 fans. You can purchase tickets, VIP passes, photo ops and autos on the Fandemic site.

The Walking Dead cast at Fandemic Dead event

Fandemic Tour announced in 2019 that it would be creating a new type of event called Fandemic Dead. This event would highlight The Walking Dead Universe, including the cast from all three series, artists, podcasts, etc.

This year’s event the following cast members are scheduled to appear:

  • Tom Payne
  • Melissa McBride
  • Michael Cudlitz
  • David Morrissey
  • Jon Bernthal

  • Nadia Hilker
  • Ryan Hurst
  • Ross Marquand
  • Greg Nicotero
  • and possibly more to come

Additional non-Walking Dead guests include Bruce Campbell, Sean Patrick Flannery and David Della Rocco.

Artists in attendance will include Arthur Suydam – The Zombie King, Kirk Manley, Clinton Hobart, Scott Spillman, Rob Prior and Renee Witterstaetter.

Fans have also asked about the safety precautions that will be in place for the event. Fandemic posted the safety protocols below on their socials.

This event looks to be an outstanding way to make our way back to attending conventions that we have longed for.

The next Fandemic event, Fandemic Tour Atlanta, will take place March 18-20, 2022.
