The Walking Dead’s Lauren Cohan has a busy year ahead of her. She is currently filming the final season of The Walking Dead, which is scheduled through March 2022. She is also starring in the Netflix/Zach Snyder series Twilight of the Gods. Hollywood Reporter has reported that she will also voice a character in Warner Bros. Animation’s new Catwoman: Hunted animated film.

The story will focus on the femme fatale Catwoman, Selina Kyle (Elizabeth Gillies), and feature Batwoman (Stephanie Beatriz). Little is known about the film, but we know Cohan will voice the character Julia Pennyworth, who is the daughter of Alfred Pennyworth.

Other voice talents include Jonathan Banks as Black Mask, Steve Blum as Solomon Grundy,  Keith David as Tobias Whale, Zehra Fazal as Talia al Ghul & Nosferata, Jonathan Frakes as King Faraday & Boss Moxie, Kirby Howell-Baptiste as Barbara Minerva/Cheetah, Kelly Hu as Cheshire, Andrew Kishino as Mr. Yakuza & Domino 6, Eric Lopez as Domino 1, Jacqueline Obradors as La Dama, and Ron Yuan as Doctor Tzin.

The expected release date for Catwoman: Hunted will be sometime in 2022.

Lauren Cohan The Walking Dead season 11

The Walking Dead is entering its eleventh and final season. The AMC premiere is August 22, and fans are experiencing bittersweet emotions as this will mark the beginning of the end of the series.

Cohan left for a time, but season 10 marked the return of her character Maggie Rhee. It was an exciting time to see not only her return but the return of her son Hershel. As the series enters the final season, things are dire in the community of Alexandria and Maggie still has a score to settle with Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) who brutally murdered her husband Glenn (Steven Yeun).

Character portraits were recently released, giving Maggie the moniker of “vengeful widow.” This is very true, but Maggie hasn’t been present to see Negan’s attempts to redeem himself. Will his efforts be in vain? Or will Maggie see that he has truly changed?

In a recent interview, Morgan stated that one of two things would have to happen, Maggie will kill him, or he will kill Maggie. Hopefully, it doesn’t come to that!

Some fans are nervous as Morgan has been announced as a guest on Talking Dead following the season 11 premiere on August 22. Many times when a character is killed off, they are a guest on the show. But, generally, this is done as a surprise guest, so I would venture to say that Negan is safe for now.
