IT’S THAT TIME AGAIN!

Last week’s episode of The Walking Dead was a great conclusion to the season opener. This is a great argument for lengthening seasons of its sister shows, as we could have openers like this every season. Something that would help to formally establish where our heroes are at this point in the apocalypse, where they’re going, and give us just a taste of who might try to stop them.

We saw Negan and Maggie appear to reach a middle ground, and we saw Eugene’s team make their first tentative steps towards entering The Commonwealth. We were also given our first glimpse of The Reapers, a frightening cadre of people who look to be the villains for the first half of the first half of the season.

Yet, that wasn’t all we saw. Throughout last week’s episode, we caught many little hints, clues, references, and trivia of both things that we’ve seen in the series and things we’ve seen or heard peripherally. Of course…these are the things we like around here.

So, as always, I have taken the time to sift through last week’s episode, gather up all of these crumbs of information, and put them all together in one place, so you don’t have to go looking for them.
