Daryl Dixon’s discovery in the subway tunnel

6) What happened to the “money man” (The corpse Daryl found whose forearm was cut off)? Was he mobbed by survivors hiding out in the tunnels after the outbreak hit DC? Was the message Daryl found written above the corpse, “It comes for us all,” a clue about why he was killed? Was he infected before his arm was cut off (And the message a reminder that the outbreak spared no one) or, was he killed because he expected his wealth and status to put him above the others in the tunnel?

7) The money man’s grisly fate is not too different from that of the “rich bitch” corpse found plopped on mannequin legs inside the country club in the season four episode “Still,” coincidentally, also found by Daryl.

8) If the mural on the wall that Daryl finds is any indication, it appears that, as things broke down in DC, chaos and carnage ensued, with many (Perhaps based on class lines) dying not from walkers but at the hands of other people.

9) Between the money man, his suitcase full of untouched cash, and the message Daryl found written by Tom to his dad, this episode is the second to give a special significance to money, more so than we’ve seen since the series started.

10) If the map graffitied on the tunnel wall is anything to go by, the DC tunnel survivors called the dead “demons.” This is the second new term for walkers this season and the twenty-ninth(?) name overall.

11) After revealing to the Commonwealth assessors what she knows about them, Yumiko is brought a cup of coffee by Mercer. My question is: Where did The Commonwealth get coffee from? I suppose they could have found some, but you’d figure, this far in, a community that large would have raided every nearby place around them, so…did they find someone capable of growing coffee?
