6) As Maggie approaches Wellhaven Plaza, one of the buildings is clearly partially demolished. What happened? There’s no evidence of a construction/demolition site having been there. Did a plane or helicopter crash into it as the outbreak set in?

7) This is the first episode of The Walking Dead to take place inside a mall (Something of a common trope ever since George A. Romero’s 1978 classic, “Dawn Of The Dead“), and the second episode to do so in the Walking Dead universe, the other being the Fear The Walking Dead season five episode, “210 Words Per Minute”.

8) Duncan is the fourth named character to die this season and the first to be put down.

9) According to the closed captions, the Reaper who asks Father Gabriel to pray for him is named Nicholls (Hans Christopher), though he’s only named in the credits and never introduces himself.

10) Nicholls is the fifth named character to die this season and the first-named Reaper to die.
