The Walking Dead Hunted episode: Things To Note

11) If the “Judas” sign above the charred walker is any indication, they were (At one time) a member of the Reapers and had, apparently, betrayed them.
12) Agatha is the sixth named character to die this season and the third Warden to die in this episode.
13) Hershel telling the other kids how he’s had to eat a horse while he and Maggie were on the road is reminiscent of the group having to eat dog in season five’s “Them.”
14) This episode also marks the first time that the rest of Alexandria have eaten horse in the show, or, at least, the first time we’ve seen them have to.
15) We see a shot of Negan’s crowbar dripping with blood while Maggie stands in the background, staring at Negan. This seems like a reference to Negan holding Lucille after killing Abraham and Glenn in the season seven premiere, “The Day Will Come When You Won’t Be.”
16) This episode gets its name from Maggie’s team being “hunted” by the Reapers, though it’s also likely a reference to Carol’s team trying to catch a horse to eat. As well as both Maggie’s team and Alexandria as a whole being followed by vultures throughout the episode.
