Now that the final season of The Walking Dead has premiered, there are plenty of products fans can get to commemorate the occasion. One such item is the Secret Lair The Walking Dead Magic: The Gathering card set, now on sale on Amazon.
Though the set originally came out as a one-time drop back in October 2020 for $50, some are still available from Wizards of the Coast. The product normally retails at $108, but it’s currently $100 on Amazon. A deal like this isn’t available very often, and if you are a fan of The Walking Dead and Magic: The Gathering, now is the time to act.
Even if you are unfamiliar with the cult classic card game Magic: The Gathering, this is a great way to learn. Initially released in 1993, the card collecting and playing game has garnered a large fanbase of over 20 million players worldwide, according to The Guardian in 2015. Secret Lair is a special branch of Magic that creates collaborations and crossover card sets with popular shows, movies, and topics, such as The Walking Dead. Other notable sets that have been released include an International Women’s Day pack, Godzilla, and Year of the Rat for the 2020 Lunar New Year.
Inside the set, you’ll find 5 Foil, full-art cards of our favorite characters with uniquely notable titles like Glenn, the Voice of Calm, Daryl, Hunter of Walkers, Rick, Steadfast Leader, Michonne, Ruthless Survivor, and Negan, the Cold-Blooded. There are also five different Foil Walker tokens and a Foil Treasure token.
Get your pack of Secret Lair The Walking Dead Magic: The Gathering card set on Amazon for $100 before it’s too late and the price has gone back up, or the game has sold out. Also, make sure to catch the final season of The Walking Dead and other spin-offs on AMC on Hulu, Amazon Prime, SlingTV, and FuboTV and our list of other games based on the legendary show.
