The Walking Dead the Reapers

6) Judging by what we can see of his wounds, Turner (Ryan Monolopolu) was The Reaper that Negan and Maggie killed and is the seventh named character to die this season.

7) Apparently, The Reapers were only about twenty strong, if Daryl’s count of their present strength is correct. That number includes those who’ve died, including Turner, Nicholls, and the first Reaper we met in season ten, “Home Sweet Home.”

8) Leah mentions that another one of The Reapers, Montaino (Mike Whinnet), is missing. He is the previously unnamed Reaper we met in season ten’s “Home Sweet Home.”

9) Assuming the first Reaper we met was Montaino, he may have been a British soldier who had served in Afghanistan alongside the rest of the team, as he had what sounded like a British accent when he told Maggie that Pope had marked her. Presumably, he emigrated to the U.S. after his military discharge to join Pope’s mercenary company.

10) Where were The Reapers when the outbreak hit? The way Pope describes things to Daryl, it sounds like the U.S. government either called them back into service or hired them directly to deal with the infected or people they thought might be infected. (Similar to what we’ve seen in Fear The Walking Dead in Los Angeles, or New York in Huck’s backstory in World Beyond) in some city, most likely DC, and then didn’t warn them about Cobalt.
