Fear the Walking Dead’s Victor Strand is ready for anything

Fear the Walking Dead’s seventh season will premiere on October 17 on AMC, and this season will be very different from seasons past. A nuclear blast will alter the landscape and atmosphere, which will create many new challenges for the group. One person who always comes out on top is Victor Strand (Colman Domingo).
In the most recent teaser for season seven, we see Victor high atop the world, looking down at some melty and gooey walkers. Each new peek at this season shows more of the wasteland, complete with hazmat suits, apocalyptic vehicles, and a search for supplies.
One major conflict will be between Morgan (Lennie James) and Strand. At the end of season six, Strand double-crossed Morgan and tried to kill him. This didn’t sit well with Morgan and didn’t stop the nuclear bombs from being detonated. Now, they have double trouble dealing with each other and nuclear fallout.

The most recent teaser shows Strand, umbrella in hand, cool as ice, eating strawberries on the rooftop. Of course, he is. No matter what, Strand always lands on top. Now that he has realized his ways always get him where he needs to be, it will be interesting to see where he goes.

Will his newfound friend Howard (Omid Abtahi) aid him in whatever diabolical plan he has? Howard is a survivor who has been able to secure himself in that building for quite some time; he could prove very useful.
Newcomer Will (Gus Halper) may be another one who will be helpful to Strand. The synopsis for the premiere episode says a stranger will have a connection to his past. Could Will be this stranger?
Strand has called out Morgan as a failure. And, Morgan’s response was to tell Strand if he hurts anyone dear to him, he won’t fail to do what Strand tried to do to him on the submarine. Lines have been drawn; who will come out the winner?
Fear the Walking Dead’s seventh season will bring about much change, and somewhere Alicia (Alycia Debnam-Carey) is still locked away in a bunker. I wonder how they will go about locating her?
