Walking Dead season 11 episode 8 a storm hits Alexandria, new photos
By Renee Hansen
The Walking Dead season 11 part 1 finale will air on October 10. It is hard to believe we are already a third of the way through this final season. There are four main storylines, Daryl and the Reapers, Maggie and her quest, the Commonwealth, and the survival of Alexandria. One portion of the part 1 finale will focus on a storm that hits an already fragile Alexandria.
NO spoilers here; I will only discuss things in the trailer and first look photos.
We have seen the state that Alexandria is in after the Whisperer war. With an influx of residents and all the destruction from said war, things are bleak in this community. The walls are slowly being repaired, but food stores are extremely low, making it hard to do manual labor when malnourished.
Aaron seems to be carrying the weight of the community on his shoulders, but he needs to realize he has strong people willing to come alongside him. Carol, Rosita, Magna, Jerry and others are all willing to help.
The Walking Dead season 11 episode 8 For Blood
The synopsis for this episode: Alexandrians scramble to protect themselves when a violent storm makes them vulnerable to walkers.
The first look photos for this episode show boarded-up windows and a group of people taking cover in one of the houses. Oh, and look, it’s Dianne (Kerry Cahill) who we haven’t seen since “A Certain Doom” in season 10.
We see many frightened faces as they feel helpless against the forces of nature adding to their troubles. It is good to see that Gracie, Judith, RJ and Hershel are safe inside during this storm.
The Walking Dead returns to AMC on October 10 with the part one finale, “For Blood.” This episode is now available to stream on AMC+.
