Walking Dead alum Michael Rooker in Netflix action comedy The Out-Laws

Walking Dead alum Michael Rooker must be one of the busiest men in entertainment. Every time you look, he is cast in another new project. Deadline is reporting that Rooker has now been cast in the Netflix original film The Out-laws.
This new film from Netflix is directed by Tyler Spindel (The Wrong Missy) and written by Evan Turner and Ben Zazove. Adam Devine, who stars in the movie, will also produce with Adam Sandler’s Happy Madison and Isaac Horne as executive producer.
The Out-Laws is the story of Owen Browning, who set to marry the love of his life Parker. During the week of his wedding, The Ghost bandits rob the bank where he is the manager. This coincides with the arrival of his future in-laws, which makes him suspect that they are the infamous Ghost Bandits.

Devine and Pierce Brosnan had previously been announced for the film, with Devine playing the main role of Browning. Rooker was recently announced with additional cast members Ellen Barkin, Nina Dobrev, Poorna Jagannathan, Julie Hagarty, Richard Kind, Lil Rel Howery and Blake Anderson.
There has been no announcements on the roles for the newly cast actors in this film.
Rooker’s most recent roles include the animated children’s film Vivo, The Suicide Squad, F9: The Fast Saga and one episode of the What If…? series titled “What If… T’Challa Became a Star-Lord? where he voiced his character Yondu from Guardians of the Galaxy.
He also starred in the season 3 finale of Creepshow that is executive produced by The Walking Dead’s Greg Nicotero.
Rooker’s other upcoming movies include Corrective Measures, White Elephant, Yolo County O.G. and A Good Man is Hard to Find and The President is Missing.
