Fear the Walking Dead will air the third episode of the seventh season on October 31. This episode will focus on June (Jeana Elfman) and John Dorie Sr. (Keith Carradine). The last we saw of this duo in season six, they took cover in Teddy’s (John Glover) bunker ahead of the nuclear blast.

June and John Dorie Sr. came upon Teddy and Dakota (Zoe Colletti), who planned on meeting their death on an overlook watching the nukes explode. June and John Sr. find out that Teddy had a hidden bunker that he planned on hiding out in until it would be safe to emerge. Dakota discovers that Teddy was only using her and shoots him right before she is incinerated from the explosion.

The next episode, “Cindy Hawkins,” will show what is going on with June and John Sr. since the blast. FearTWD posted six things to know before you watch this episode.

Fear the Walking Dead season 7 episode 3, Cindy Hawkins

The title of this episode is named after one of Teddy’s victims Cindy Hawkins (Brittany Bradford). If you remember, John Dorie Sr. is the investigator who put Teddy away for the horrific crimes where he brutally murdered young women.

John Sr. was unable to find enough solid evidence to put Teddy away, so out of desperation, he planted a purse belonging to a victim on Teddy, enabling law enforcement to arrest him and the courts to give him a life sentence.

After the outbreak, Teddy escaped from prison, reorganized his cult, and started putting his tag line “The End Is The Beginning” all around, which sparked Dorie’s search for his enemy once again.
