Fear the Walking Dead looks at the effects of the nuclear bombs
11) Even if we don’t see her, Emma is the first baby we’ve encountered in Fear The Walking Dead who’s turned.
12) How does Bea wound up so affected by the radiation as to lose her nose? I get that the radiation did that to her, but Fred isn’t anywhere near as damaged. Aside from some burns, Fred is very much intact, so why is Bea in such poor shape?
13) Fred is the second named character to die this season.
14) By the episode’s end, we discover that the armored man who confronted Morgan at the garage is, in fact, Emile’s brother, Josiah. Emile referenced him during his meeting with Walter way back in the first episode of last season, “The End Is The Beginning.” This also explains why Rufus ran off once Morgan stopped the car in Fred and Bea’s old community.
15) How, exactly, did Josiah get Emile’s head? Did Virginia give it to him? Did he find it in Lawton, or one of the Pioneers’ other settlements? Also, how did he survive the nuclear missile? Was he out of range of the blast? Did he hear Morgan over the radio and get out of dodge? Did Emile know what the Beginners were planning to do with Walter’s key and warn his brother?
