The Walking Dead actors who star in Stranger Things
By Renee Hansen
The Walking Dead series has aired for eleven seasons, and many characters have come and gone. Most have gone on to other films and shows, and it is always fun to see them in the wild. November 6 is Stranger Things Day, and we have some actors in TWD Family who have starred in the series.
Karen Ceesay, who plays Bertie, a member of the former community known as Hilltop, has starred on Stranger Things as Lucas’ mother, Mrs. Sinclair. She was featured in two episodes in season two, “Chapter 2: Trick or Treat, Freak” and “Chapter 5: Dig Dug.”
Kerry Cahill, who plays Dianne, a member of the Kingdom who was seen at Alexandria in season 11. She played Staff Nurse Caitlin on one episode of Stranger Things, “Chapter 5: Dig Dug.”
Another Walking Dead actress, actually a pair of them, has also starred on Stranger Things. Twins Anniston and Tinsley Price played Judith Grimes in season four and Holly Wheeler on Stranger Things.
The above mentioned were the only actors I was aware of on both series but as I did more research I found some more.
Aaron Munoz – Tony on TWD played Mr. Holland in ST.
Pruitt Taylor Vince – Otis on TWD played Ray on ST.
Zac Zedalis – Boone (Reaper) on TWD played Guard #2 on ST.
Michael Shenefelt – Bossie (Reaper) on TWD played Rift Soldier #2 on ST.
Jerri Tubbs – Margo on TWD played Diane Hopper on ST.
Elle Graham – Winnie on TWD played Sarah Hopper on ST.
Caroline Arapoglou – Rose on TWD played Mom #1 and Winnie Kline on ST.
It’s very exciting to see these Walking Dead actors on Stranger Things. If you haven’t watched the series, is it available on Netflix, with the fourth season coming in 2022. As part of the Stranger Things Day festivities, a new teaser has been released.
