Connecting The Walking Dead.

It’s incredible how much peoples’ pasts drive them forward at the Civic Republic, as we discover in this week’s Connecting The Walking Dead!

Finally! I got to watch the latest episode of The Walking Dead: World Beyond!  I tried for the better part of a week to watch this episode, and each time, iTunes wouldn’t let me. It was really annoying.

However, all of that frustration was worth it! I finally got the chance to watch an episode of World Beyond that I really enjoyed!

Why did I enjoy it so much? Well, because, between Dr. Belshaw and Jadis, we got so many links to both the beginning of the zombie outbreak and The Walking Dead that it would have been impossible for me not to enjoy it.

On top of that, we got what might be the beginning of an explanation for why the CRM and Dr. Belshaw are using people who are part of the Civic Republic, in one form or another, as test subjects in their walker experiments!

These are the sorts of things that I love in this series because it helps tie it more to the rest of The Walking Dead universe and my favorite part of the apocalypse: The beginning.

I’m hoping that we get more of this as the season wears on, and I don’t have to wait four or five extra days to watch next week’s episode.
