Fans of The Walking Dead are eager to learn anything about Andrew Lincoln’s character Rick Grimes and his return to The Walking Dead universe. Fans hope to see or hear something during the spin-off series The Walking Dead: World Beyond. In the meantime, you can see Lincoln in a wonderful holiday movie.

The Walking Dead: World Beyond is a limited series that has always been set to run for two seasons. Season one was a coming-of-age story set in the apocalypse.  We watched as a group of teens who have grown up only knowing life after “the night the sky fell.” This is the character’s term for the beginning of the outbreak because on that night, a plane crashed onto the streets of Omaha that was filled with “empties,” their term for the undead.

The series is currently airing its second season and with the cross-over of Jadis from the flagship series to the spin-off fans of Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) were certain we will learn more about Rick’s fate. Jadis is the last person on The Walking Dead to see Grimes alive, and she is the one who took him to the CRM. So far, we have heard that she gave the CR something “very valuable” as her ticket to enter. Grimes is that valuable person but what has become of him?

Sadly, I think this is all we will hear about Rick in this series. There are three more episodes before the series is completed, and I hope I am wrong.

Andrew Lincoln Love Actually

Each year fans of Lincoln watch the Christmas film, Love Actually, that he stars in. The movie is an excellent Christmas-themed romantic comedy with an all-star cast including Hugh Grant, Liam Neeson, Colin Firth, Laura Linney, Emma Thompson, Alan Rickman, Keira Knightley, Martine McCutcheon, Bill Nighy, Rowan Atkinson, Chiwetel Ejiofor and Billy Bob Thornton.

Love Actually is written and directed by Richard Curtis. He has also brought us other great romantic comedies like Four Weddings and a Funeral, Notting Hill and the Bridget Jones movies.

The film follows 10 different stories, each involving several characters, many of which are interlinked as the stories unfold. Critics gave the film mixed reviews, but audiences love this film and agree it is a modern-day Christmas classic.

Lincoln plays a character named Mark who is in love with his best friend’s wife. He has always given her the cold shoulder, and the couple Juliet (Keira Knightley) and Peter(Chiwetel Ejiofor) have always thought he hated her.

Next. The Walking Dead’s C. Thomas Howell classic The Outsiders on HBO Max. dark

Love Actually is a great mix of humor, heartache, and Christmas cheer. Definitely worth the watch this Christmas season. And,  Andrew Lincoln stars in it; how can you go wrong?
