The Walking Dead YouTube feature Show Me More gave us a great BTS look at season 11, part one of The Walking Dead. Now we get another episode that focuses on the first half of season seven of Fear the Walking Dead.

Show Me More is hosted by Clarke Wolfe, and she walks us through some great BTS footage of the making of season 7 of Fear TWD.

This video features commentary from EP/Producer Ian Goldberg, EP/Director Michael Satrazemis, EP/showrunner Andrew Chambliss, Production Designer Bernardo Trujillo, Special effects supervisor Frank Iudica, Prop Master Colin Thurston,  Colman Domingo, Alycia Debnam-Carey, Aisha Tyler, Christine Evangelista and many other cast and crew members.

Fear the Walking Dead season 7

This season the creators worked hard to give this series its own identity, to set it apart from the other series in The Walking Dead universe. They did this by creating a true nuclear wasteland. This was no easy feat. Take a look at how this was accomplished.

Another hot topic in this video is Strand and his transformation. He has gone all-out villain this season, and it is like he has finally found his true calling. We also get to see cast members chime in on Strand’s transformation.

If you enjoyed the wrestling episode “Till Death,” there is also some fantastic BTS footage of this episode with commentary by Aisha Tyler, who played Mickey. Lennie James directed this episode, and it was unlike any other.

For all of thinking that Arno and his gang were using a catapult to fling walkers at Strand’s tower, think again. This is actually called a trebuchet, and this video gives some background on that weapon. And some great BTS of the stunts that went into those scenes.

The episode also looks at the cross-over connections between the three series and the careful planning to tie the series together.

A deleted scene is featured and discussed as well as a look at Alicia losing her arm and possibly being infected.
