The Walking Dead season 11B trailer has been released, and the fandom is even more excited to see what is to come. The trailer was action-packed, and it seems survival mode is in full force. Viewers expect much from the final season of this long-running season, and the trailer seems to be bringing what is expected.

In the first part of season 11, the focus was on Maggie and Negan, the Reapers and the dire conditions at Alexandria. Viewers also got a good look at the new community the Commonwealth.

New photos for 11B have been released and feature Daryl, Carol, Negan, Mercer, and yet to be introduced, Pamela Milton. She is the governor of the Commonwealth and mother to Sebastian.

Milton is featured in the trailer, and it seems the community worships her. In the comics, the Commonwealth heavily relies on a class system, and it appears the series will follow suit. It is doubtful that this will sit well with Daryl, Carol, Rosita and the others from Alexandria.

The trailer shows many of the group will end up at the Commonwealth, including Daryl, Carol, Rosita, Magna, Connie and Kelly. How they end up there is unclear because we also see Daryl defending Alexandria as the Commonwealth soldiers, with guns raised, descending on that community.

Below are the most recent photos from the upcoming episodes. The trailer only shows Negan out in the wild, so perhaps he doesn’t return to Alexandria after the Reapers. The photo of Daryl sees him without his trademark wing-backed vest. In the trailer, we see him and Rosita fighting walkers in a building, similar to what Eugene and Princess had to do when they entered the Commonwealth.

Carol looks cozy at her new job at the bakery, Elodie’s Treats. But, we know that in the past, what’s happening on the outside of Carol doesn’t match her inner workings.

We also see a shot of Pamela Milton, who will be introduced in 1110, “New Haunts.”

Mercer is looking quite menacing with that wicked ax he is holding. And, in the trailer, we see him go wild on quite a few walkers. He is also shown covered in blood in another clip; it has yet to be revealed whether this is walker blood or human.

We are getting closer to the February 20 premiere date on AMC. Subscribers to AMC+ will be able to view the next episode one week earlier, on February 13.

Don’t forget that Sunday, January 23, the first of The Walking Dead: Origins, will air on AMC for the first time. This series was only available via AMC+ when first released.
