All of Us Are Dead trailer for Netflix new zombie series
By Renee Hansen
Fans of The Walking Dead generally enjoy other zombie and apocalyptic-themed series and movies. Netflix has a new one that will take what you have learned about the undead on The Walking Dead and throw it out. All of Us Are Dead is a Korean-made zombie horror-thriller series.
Netflix has a massive lineup of Korean-made features that have been very successful, including The Silent Sea, Hellbound, #Alive, Sweet Home, The Call and My Name. Now you can add All of Us are Dead to that growing list. This new series is based on the webtoon by Joo Dong-geun titled Now at Our School.
The setting is in a high school where the outbreak occurs, pitting students against their undead classmates. And these undead aren’t your slow-moving Walking Dead type. These are bloodier and faster, with jerky movements and contortionist tendencies. From the trailer below, they look terrifying.

The series will release on Netflix on January 28 with eight episodes.
The thing that sets this series apart from other zombie-themed features is that the characters are aware of what is going on and seem fairly able to deal with the undead. Generally, there is much confusion and awkward moments as the characters gradually catch on to what is happening, but these students seem prepared to take on the reanimated versions of their classmates.
