AMC has a fantastic new promotion for the final season of The Walking Dead. Variety has the exclusive announcement that a horde of NFT’s will be released to commemorate the last season of the long-running zpoc series.
AMC Networks, The Walking Dead, and Orange Comet are partnering to bring a series of NFTs that will feature terrifying and beautiful moments from the entire series. These will be rare and unique digital collectibles and immersive experiences.
The NFTs will have multiple drop dates, with the initial drop will take place on February 20 at 1:00 p.m ET. This drop date corresponds with the season 11B premiere on AMC at 9:00 p.m ET on AMC.

The Walking Dead NFTs
After the initial drop, subsequent drop dates will be announced through the remainder of the season. This will all build up to an all-new immersive Walking Dead virtual experience.
The Walker Access Pass will only be available on Feb. 20 and will not be available for an entire year after that. The Access Pass unlocks exclusive drops not open to the general public and gives the bearer members-only access to the Discord Server.
The following packs are all packs of two with a special avatar.
The Commonwealth Pack includes a custom Commonwealth trooper avatar.
The Daryl Pack includes an avatar NFT of Daryl’s bike.
The Hospital Pack includes an avatar NFT of the hospital corridor.
The Carol Pack includes an avatar image of Carol.
The Survivor series 1/1 includes uniquely illustrated art featuring memorable heroes and villains from the series.
The Wild Card series each drop will include a WILD CARD series. The first will feature The Governor’s Tanks. The animated fish tank NFTs will feature animated walk heads like the ones the governor had in his secret room.

"The initial collection includes 10,000 generative art pieces, priced at $50 each, featuring iconic past and current characters from “The Walking Dead.” The drop also includes 750 original animations inspired by “TWD” scenes for $250 each. The NFTs will be available for purchase using credit cards as well as cryptocurrency on Orange Comet’s marketplace."
The Walking Dead returns to AMC on February 20 and AMC+ on February 13.
