Tales of the Walking Dead season 1

There has been no official announcement regarding any return actors for this new series, but the premise of the series states that established characters could also be featured. This is a very open-ended statement, but it is exciting to think of seeing previous characters from earlier episodes. These stories will range from stand-alone stories, backstories, individual experiences and more.

There have been rumors regarding an Alpha (Samantha Morton) episode that would prove very interesting. The walker skin-wearing leader of the Whisperers was killed by Negan, but this episode could show something interesting in life that wasn’t shared on the flagship series.

Another episode fans have expressed interest in is a Tyreese (Chad L. Coleman) and Sasha (Sonequa Martin-Green) episode. Rumors about this possibility started to circulate when Coleman posted a photo on social media where he “ran into” TWDU director Michael Satrazemis, who will direct several episodes of Tales of TWD.

The first season will consist of six episodes and will be directed by Haifaa Al-Mansour, Deborah Kampmeier, Tara Nicole Weyr and Michael Satrazemis.
