Previously on The Walking Dead

1) This episode’s “Previously on The Walking Dead,” focusing on the dire state of things in Alexandria, Maggie’s desire to take out the entirety of the Reapers, and Leah telling Daryl that the Reapers have a whole community to protect, is voiced by Lauren Cohan.

2) While asking Daryl about the herd approaching Meridian (Which is being shepherded by Negan), Pope says, “You ever seen rotters move like that?” revealing, presumably, the Reapers’ name for the dead. The Reapers are the second group this season to call the dead “rotters,” the other being The Commonwealth; they are also the third group overall to use the name, the first we met being Grady Memorial Hospital back in season five.

3) Wells (The Reaper pictured above) is the tenth named character to die this season, and the fifth Reaper we’ve confirmed is dead, behind Bossie, Turner, Nicholls, and Montaino.

4) While questioning Pope about his suspicions that Maggie was hiding in the herd, Leah reveals Wells’ first name: Paul.
