Fans of The Walking Dead universe love to see members of TWD Family in new projects. Many fans have enjoyed Colman Domingo in the HBO Max series Euphoria but did you know that Austin Abrams also stars in this series?

Abrams plays a character named Ethan in the series, and in a recent episode titled “The Theater and It’s Double,” there was a buzz-worthy dance number. If you haven’t seen the episode, don’t read this article, but if you have, Variety talked with Abrams and his co-star Maude Apatow regarding this scene.

Euphoria is a teen drama created by Sam Levinson for HBO. The source material comes from an Israeli TV series of the same name, and the story follows the teens while they experience everything from identity, trauma, drugs, friendships, love and sex.

The series has a great cast, in addition to Abrams and Domingo. Zendaya stars and serves as the narrator and is joined by the fantastic cast of Maude Apatow, Angus Cloud, Eric Dane, Alexa Demie, Jacob Elordi, Barbie Ferreira, Nika King, Storm Reid, Hunter Schafer, Algee Smith, Sydney Sweeney, Colman Domingo, Javon “Wanna” Walton, Austin Abrams, and Dominic Fike.

The Walking Dead – Austin Abrams

Abrams portrayed Ron Anderson on The Walking Dead.  He was the son of Jesse and Pete “Porch Dick” Anderson, the doctor at Alexandria. He also had a brother named Sam.

Ron was introduced as an intelligent and seemingly polite young man, but he begins a transformation when Rick kills his father. He is, understandably, angry about his father being killed and his hatred for Rick and Carl starts to consume him. His father was an abusive drunk, but he was still Ron’s father, and he wanted revenge for this death.

Eventually, Ron will aim a gun at Rick and accidentally shoot out Carl’s eye. During this altercation, Michonne runs him through with her katana.

Since his death on The Walking Dead, Abrams has made a name for himself. He has starred in We Don’t Belong Here, The Americans and This is Us. He co-led the Netflix series Dash & Lily and starred with fellow TWD Family member Zoe Colletti in Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark.

Abrams will next star in a comedy titled Strangers and The Line, which is a drama. In an old West drama, Mosquito, he will star alongside Bodhi Elfman, husband of Fear the Walking Dead’s Jenna Elfman
