Over the course of the 12 years that The Walking Dead has aired, many characters come and go. With these characters, we get new additions to TWD Family, and it is so cool to see them in new projects. Deadline reports that Kyle Gallner has been cast in a Blumhouse/Epix collaboration titled The Passenger.

In the season 4 episode “30 Days Without An Accident,” Gallner played the character named Zach. He was heading on a run with Daryl and others to the Big Spot. He is known for trying to guess what Daryl Dixon’s (Norman Reedus) occupation was before the outbreak. He was killed during the run after Bob (Lawrence Gilliard Jr.) was rescued from a fallen shelf; a walker grabs Zach and kills him.

Before setting out on the run, he shared a kiss with Beth (Emily Greene), indicating they were a couple. When Beth was informed that he died, she showed little emotion, stating she doesn’t cry anymore.
