13) When apologizing to Max, Eugene reveals that he sometimes misses social cues. Is this implying that he has some degree of autism?

14) Judging by the long-distance kill Lance pulls off on a walker after his talk with Pamela about trying to incorporate the Virginia communities into the Commonwealth’s alliance system; he is a damn good pistol marksman, a skill he hasn’t displayed before.

15) This episode gets its name from the constant discussion of “luck” in this episode: From Jerry assuming that Ezekiel being bumped up the list for surgery is lucky. The state of one community compared to others — Alexandria being “lucky” compared to Hilltop, and the Commonwealth being “lucky” compared to both Alexandria and Hilltop.
