Vincent M Ward is an actor known in The Walking Dead world for his portrayal of Oscar in the series. He was one of the five prisoners discovered at the West Georgia Correctional Facility by Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and his group in season 3.

At the beginning of the outbreak, Oscar and his fellow prisoners Tomas (Nick Gomez), Andrew (Markice Moore), Big Tiny (Theodus Crane) and Axel (Lew Temple) were locked in the prison cafeteria by a guard who went for backup and never returned. The group then spent ten months locked up with no clue of what had gone on outside of those walls.

Oscar was an honorable man, and he and Axel eventually joined Rick’s group until their deaths.

These are the questions Rochelle must ask when a new man a potential stepdad to her kids comes into their lives. The “step” in front of “daddy” is for you to get to know the person before you allow them to step into your life. Rochelle is second-guessing dating her beau, Paul, based on her mother’s apprehensions. Will Mama be right about Paul? Or will Paul prove to be the love of Rochelle’s life?"
