Fear the Walking Dead season 7 episode 10 release date
By Renee Hansen
AMC aired the midseason premiere of Fear the Walking Dead on April 17. The episode was titled “Follow Me,” written by Andrew Chambliss & Ian Goldberg and directed by Heather Cappiello.
The previous episode, “PADRE,” saw Alicia (Alycia Debnam-Carey) declare war against Strand (Colman Domingo) with Morgan (Lennie James) by her side. She was battling fevers she had been experiencing since a walker bite that required the amputation of part of her arm.
This article contains spoilers for the episode “Follow Me.”
The midseason premiere episode is set in a dreamy state where Alicia still battles the fevers and is experiencing strange dreams she believes are leading her somewhere. Her fever-induced mind convinced her that a walker had been speaking to her, leading her to PADRE, a place she believes will be a haven for the people she is leading.
She encounters a new friend, Paul (Warren Snipe), who protects her and helps her find her way. He proves to be the most loyal of friends and is an insightful person that helps Alicia find her confidence once again.
Still being pursued by Arno (Spense Granese), the leader of the Stalkers, Paul also aids her against this foe. Viewers finally learn that Arno wants Alicia dead because she blindly followed the Senator’s walker form, believing he would lead them to PADRE, resulting in many bunker residents being killed.
