By Renee Hansen
This summer, Jeffrey Dean Morgan’s new film The Integrity of Joseph Chambers will premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival. This year’s festival runs from June 8 to 19 and will feature the “groundbreaking stories and rising voices” the festival is known for.
Morgan is joined by fellow Walking Dead actor Michael Raymond-James who played Dave in the season 2 episode “Nebraska.” The film also stars Clayne Crawford, Jordana Brewster, Colt Crawford, Carl Kennedy and Charline St. Charles.
Written and directed by Robert Machoian, this film will, once again, pair Machoian and Crawford. The duo’s first collaboration was in the drama The Killing of Two Lovers, a marital drama that premiered at the Sundance Film Festival to rave reviews.
Morgan shared his excitement about the film and the Tribeca premiere via social media. He gives a shout-out to Crawford for his performance in this film.

The movie tells of a man named Joe (Crawford), who is married to Tess (Brewster), with whom he has two children. One morning Joe decides to head out and learn to deer hunt on his own to prove to himself that he is a man. With a borrowed gun, he heads into the woods, where he quickly becomes bored and distracted. Soon he will experience something that shakes him out of his boredom.
Morgan portrays the police chief in this film and Raymond-Jones plays Lone Wolf.
