The Walking Dead season 6 behind the scenes photos

The sixth season of The Walking Dead premiered on AMC on October 11, 2015, and concluded on April 3, 2016. This season consisted of 16 episodes with source material adapted from comic issues 78-100. The focus was on our survivors’ continued acclamation at Alexandria and introduced a new community known as Hilltop.
This season picks up soon after Reg and Pete’s deaths as Rick and his group take over Alexandria. This season featured the quarry filled with walkers and the campaign to rid the area of them. Viewers get a flashback of Enid’s time before joining Alexandria. The community of Alexandria finally gets to see Carol in action as she goes from homemaker to survival mode as the Wolves infiltrate the gates of the community.
Season six is also known for Glenn’s famous dumpster scene where he slips underneath one to escape a walker attack. Viewers also get a look back at Morgan’s time with a man named Eastman, who helps him come back to reality, and it is where he gets his new mantra, “All life is precious.”

Many new characters are introduced this season, including Dwight (Austin Amelio), and Sherry (Christine Evangelista), who encounter Daryl. And on the flip side, many people die this season, including Deanna, Jessie and her sons Ron and Sam.
Daryl, Sasha and Abraham are introduced to a group of Saviors who Daryl destroys with an RPG. Rick and Daryl encounter a newcomer, Paul Rovia, but his friends call him Jesus. He will introduce them to Gregory and the other Hilltop residents. And, Richonne becomes a thing! It is widely known that Maggie is expecting, and Abraham asks Glenn if he meant to make pancakes while pouring the Bisquick.
This season begins the war with Negan and his Saviors as Rick and the group attack one of the satellite stations and kills many Saviors in their sleep. While on a run with Daryl and Rosita, Denise is killed by Dwight, which isn’t a surprise as that is what happens to doctors on TWD. Eugene takes a bite out of Dwight this season. Carol leaves Alexandria, fearing she will become someone she doesn’t want to become.
Season six ends with Rick and the rest being apprehended by Simon and the other Saviors. This leads to them kneeling on the ground as they are finally introduced to Negan. Rick looks on in horror as a member of the group is killed off-screen by Negan’s weapon of choice, his barbed wire-wrapped bat, Lucille.
It was quite the season as viewers waited for the introduction of Negan as most knew what was to come.
