Fear the Walking Dead new episode
By Renee Hansen
Fear the Walking Dead is currently airing episodes in the back half of season 7. This season has focused on the survivors trying to deal with a double apocalypse after the detonation of a nuclear bomb by cult leader Teddy Maddox (John Glover) at the end of season 6.
The first eight episodes saw the survivors figuring out how to survive in a new world where the undead was no longer the only threat. Fallout had drastically changed the atmosphere and landscape, requiring them to devise new ways to live in a wasteland.
The segment of episodes also revealed what happened to Alicia after Teddy locked her in a bunker. She was greeted by his chosen ones, who believed Alicia would lead them after the bomb. But, she was never keen on Teddy and his cultist ways; while trying to escape, she was bitten and was forced to remove part of her arm to avoid spreading the virus.
Of course, Victor Strand has come out smelling like a rose in his Tower. He has established a safe place for people, but only those he deems worthy. Only, he didn’t expect to see Alicia declare war on him and vow to take his Tower.
Fear the Walking Dead next episode
Sunday, May 1, the next episode of Fear the Walking Dead, “Ofelia,” will air on AMC. This episode is currently available on AMC+ for those subscribers.
Instead of showing the war brewing between Alicia and Strand, the first episodes of the second half of season 7 have featured character-focused episodes. The first one highlighted Alicia and the second, Charlie. The third is going to see Daniel and his worsening mental state.
Daniel has faked conditions before to spy on people or whatever, but it appears that this time it is for real and could cause problems for the others. When he is on top of his game, he is vital to any mission.
Fear the Walking Dead remaining episodes season 7
- 711 Ofelia
- 712 Sonny Boy
- 713 Raft
- 714 Divine Providence
- 715 Amina
- 718 Gone
It has been speculated that 715 Amina is the episode that will see the return of Madison Clark. Amina is the name her children, Nick and Alicia, gave to a bird they cared for when they were young. During her interview, she shared this with Al, and when she refused to give her name, Al titled her video Amina.
The season finale episode “Gone” makes one wonder who or what will be gone. There have been no main character deaths yet this season; could the season finale change that?
