Fear the Walking Dead – The Raft

1) This week’s “Previously” focuses on Dwight telling Sherry he wants them to have a family, as well as Dwight, Sherry, and Mickey meeting Alicia’s followers, who wanted them to find P.A.D.R.E. (Both from “Till Death”). Alicia tells Morgan she’ll return to the bunker to transmit across the area to bring in more people (From “Follow Me”), Wes angling to be Strand’s right-hand man, and John gives Mo to Morgan before dying (Both from “Sonny Boy”).

2) The fact this episode begins with Morgan carrying Mo while being chased by Strand’s moat walkers suggests this episode immediately follows the previous one, “Sonny Boy.”

3) This episode’s title sequence features a silhouette of Dwight and Sherry standing at a beach, the titular raft beside them, with a walker approaching from behind, in front of a purple background, with the title card’s edges burning and a new, twangy version of the theme playing.

4) As Morgan, Dwight, and Sherry run from Strand’s rangers, they hide behind a toppled bus with a charred skeleton in the driver’s seat. Apparently, the person was driving the bus when the nuke hit. Just out of curiosity, just for fun, let me ask: WHERE DID THEY GET THE GAS?!? No, I’m not going to forget this. It was one of the critical things since Morgan joined the show, and now, people are ignoring it left and right? Nah. That doesn’t fly with me. I want answers.
