9) This episode gets its name from the emergency raft Sherry preps for Dwight as an alternative to him possibly working for Strand should the war go south (and how it represents her fear of Dwight having to be like he was under Negan), which Morgan and Mo ultimately end up having to take.
10) This episode marks the second time Morgan has had to leave his group; the first is his departure from the Virginia communities, referenced earlier in the episode.
11) What happened to the binder about P.A.D.R.E.? Wes is standing over it the last time we see it, just before he orders his rangers to shut off the alarm. Did he take it? Will Strand try to figure out where P.A.D.R.E. is? Will he try to use it as a bargaining chip against Alicia?
12) As the group heads out to infiltrate the tower, Sabrina does not appear to be among them, even though she should be, as we learned from “Ofelia.”
