The movie Blood Before Bitcoin is written and directed by Nicholas Arena that is a modern-day thriller about an older woman, Myrna McMaster, who manages a roadside motel with her boyfriend, Floyd, who is 20 years younger than she. Although they have the outward appearance of a picturesque couple, looks can be deceiving. In another life, she belonged to a criminal gang, but out of nowhere, members of the gang arrive uninvited, threatening to ruin Myrna’s new life. A mysterious woman has set up this reunion with a plan to steal Bitcoin, enough to make them all very rich. The gang, happy to partake in the heist, jeopardizes the whole thing when old grudges, resentments, and jealousies resurface.

Young plays Floyd in the movie, and additional cast members include Laura Meadows, Nicole Cinaglia, Jim Hackett, Andrew James Jones, Daniel Fitzgerald and Angelo Ortega.

It appears from Young’s Instagram post below that filming has wrapped for this project.
