Xander Berkeley is another of The Walking Dead actor’s who keeps very busy with over 200 roles to his name during his extensive career. He is known in TWDU for his portrayal of the Hilltop leader Gregory during seasons 6-9. Gregory was an egotistical and cowardly man who met his end by hanging on the orders of Maggie (Lauren Cohan) after he attempted to kill her.

Berkeley is currently in LA filming a project but back in Maine, his new project, The Cornish Inn, will be celebrating its big opening on June 3rd.

He recently shared a photo on Instagram of the completed signage for the inn that he pulled an all-nighter to finish and then boarded a plane to LA for his next project.

According to The Cornish Inn website, the inn was originally constructed in 1820 by Cotton Lincoln, who used it at a residence. The building has had quite the history beginning as a residence, then into the Lincoln House, then into disrepair when Fred C. Small rescued it in the 1920s and renamed it The New Lincoln until the 1980s when it became The Cornish Inn.
